Family Serve Night

In October, eight of our families participated in Family Serve Night at The Sharing Center in Longwood. We had Grade School, Middle School and High School students along with some adults serving.

We learned the impact that The Sharing Center has in the lives of families experiencing homelessness. We served this community through providing meals, clothes, and resources geared towards success. One of the many ways that The Sharing Center receives money to support these families is through their thrift store.

Our Serve Team helped organize clothes, the kitchen, and miscellaneous donations. We also arranged fall floral baskets to be placed in their furniture store. Our team worked very hard! It’s so wonderful to see a multi-generational team make a difference. Be on the lookout for our next Family Serve Night happening in the Spring!
