Family Serve Night 2024

On November 8th, a team of 15 participated in Family Serve Night at The Sharing Center in Longwood. We had Grade School, Middle School and High School students along with some adults serving.

We learned the impact that The Sharing Center has in the lives of families experiencing homelessness. One of the many ways that The Sharing Center receives money to support these families is through their thrift store.

Our team helped organize clothes, toys, and miscellaneous donations. We also made cards to go into the food baskets that will be passed out on Thanksgiving. The Sharing Center will pass out 400 baskets to different people in need. It’s so wonderful to see an intergenerational team make a difference.
