OCC Institute Forum x REBOOT
Our OCC Institute Forum on October 26th dealt with Common Objections to Christianity. We had two speakers from the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics speak to on these topics.
Sara Stevenson and Alanzo Paul did an amazing job of helping us navigate these difficult objections with grace and truth.
Alanzo answered the difficult question of whether God is a God of wrath or a God of justice?
Sara’s talk dealt with the intersection of human neuroscience and theology.
The last message of our Forum on Saturday was from Pastor Dan, answering the question of whether the resurrection of Jesus is historically reliable and trustworthy.
The following day, Sunday, October 27th, OCCA hosted our very first REBOOT CITY in Central Florida, right at Oviedo City! REBOOT is a night designed for students (middle school through college) to have their questions about life, faith, and God.
REBOOT was a spectacular night that concluded with SEVEN students professing Jesus as their Lord and Savior for the first time! Thank you so much to our friends from Oxford.
We are very excited about our continued partnership with the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics, and the Forums we will have with them in the future!
